| Fishing River Neretva with its affluents Ljuta, Idbašćica and Neretvica has watercourse 124 Km long, suitable for fishing. There are also lakes Boracko and Jablanicko, surrounded with beautifull nature, a real paradise for fishing enthusiasts. Water, emerald colour, pure like a tear, is verry rich with autochthonous fish species. (soft-mouth trouth, cabbage fish, brook trouth and "lipljan")
In special conditions at the location of Glavaticevo, fishers that use midge baits can enjoy in all charms of fishing. River Rakitnica is especially attractive with its amazing canyons, perhaps the finest and the most preserved nature in Europe. It represents real chalenge for fishing and mountain climbing.
Lakes Boracko and Jablanicko are rich with fish species such as: carp, zander, lake trouth, ...etc. Sport fishers organization and, lately, Eco police are in charge for taking care of fish reserves.
